Nestled amongst Georgian terraces close to Regent’s Canal, this pub has traditional wood-panelled interior, soaring ceilings, tropical foliage and hand-painted mirrors. It is the only pub in Britain to bear the name ‘Island Queen’, and was named after an American steamboat that cruised along the Mississippi and Ohio rivers.
